Booking: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the charter date.
Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the charter date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours will forfeit the full booking amount.
Guest Limits: The maximum number of guests allowed on board is 25. This number must be confirmed the night before the charter and cannot be exceeded on the day.
Identification: All guests are required to present original identification (passport for tourists, Emirates ID or driver's license for residents).
Alcohol: Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted. Excessive drinking or reckless behavior may result in fines or termination of the charter without refund.
Safety: Guests must comply with safety regulations and instructions from the crew. Life jackets must be worn when instructed by the captain.
Swimming: Swimming after sunset and swimming more than three meters from the vessel are not permitted.
Water Toys: Use of Jet Skis or other water toys provided by third parties is not permitted.
Music: Guests can bring their own music or use the yacht's sound system. However, excessive noise levels should be avoided, especially during late hours.
